Facebook AI Agent (Messenger)
An n8n workflow that turns a Facebook Page into a 24/7 AI assistant — it verifies Meta's webhook, understands each incoming message with Google Gemini, remembers the conversation, and replies automatically through the Facebook Graph API.
Challenge
The client's Facebook Page received messages around the clock, but replies only happened during business hours. Leads went cold overnight and the team spent hours answering the same questions by hand.
Solution
I built an end-to-end n8n workflow triggered by Meta's Messenger webhook. It first completes Facebook's verification handshake, then routes each real message to an AI Agent powered by Google Gemini with a Simple Memory node, so the bot keeps context across the whole conversation. The agent's answer is posted straight back to the customer through an authenticated Facebook Graph API request — no human in the loop for routine questions.

Shopify Customer Support AI Agent
An n8n agent that reads every incoming support email, looks up the customer's real Shopify order and your knowledge base, drafts a professional reply, and either sends it automatically or routes it to a human for approval — then logs everything for reporting.
Challenge
A growing Shopify store was drowning in support email. Agents had to jump between the inbox, the Shopify admin, and help docs to answer even simple "where is my order?" questions — so replies were slow, inconsistent, and expensive at scale.
Solution
I built an n8n agent triggered by each new email in the support inbox. OpenAI extracts the customer's intent and details, then the workflow pulls the matching order from the Shopify API and searches a vector-database knowledge base in parallel. The merged context feeds an AI decision engine that drafts a professional, on-brand reply. Routine answers send automatically through Gmail, while anything sensitive is held for one-click human approval in Slack — and every interaction is written to a Postgres analytics database.

Instant Lead Follow-Up & Sales Assignment
The moment a new lead hits GoHighLevel, this n8n workflow cleans and validates it, checks for duplicates, assigns the right sales rep by source, and instantly fires off a welcome email, WhatsApp, and SMS — then creates follow-up tasks, moves the deal, alerts the team, and logs everything.
Challenge
Leads came in from multiple sources but follow-up was manual and slow. Reps didn't know who owned which lead, duplicates cluttered the CRM, and the first message often went out hours — sometimes days — too late, when the lead had already gone cold.
Solution
I built an n8n workflow triggered by a GoHighLevel webhook the instant a lead is created. It cleans and validates the email, checks GoHighLevel for duplicates, and routes the lead to the correct sales rep based on its source (with a random-assignment fallback). It then updates the contact owner and launches a coordinated first touch — a welcome email, WhatsApp message, and SMS — while creating call and follow-up tasks, moving the deal along the pipeline, notifying the sales team in Slack, and logging every lead to Google Sheets for reporting.

Automated YouTube Shorts & Facebook Reels Creator
A hands-off content engine: on a set schedule it uses AI to write a fresh short-form video idea, generates the actual video, converts it, and publishes it automatically as a YouTube Short and a Facebook Reel — no filming, editing, or manual uploading required.
Challenge
Staying consistent on Shorts and Reels is a grind — coming up with ideas, producing the video, and manually posting to each platform every day eats hours and stalls the moment the team gets busy.
Solution
I built an end-to-end n8n workflow that runs entirely on autopilot. A schedule trigger kicks it off, Google Gemini generates a structured short-form video concept, and the workflow securely authenticates to Google Cloud by signing a JWT and exchanging it for an access token. It then calls Vertex AI to generate the video, polling with built-in isDone, isError and isFiltered checks so only clean, finished videos move forward. The result is converted from a Base64 string into a real video file and published automatically — uploaded as a YouTube Short and posted as a Facebook Reel through the Graph API.
